Messages from the contact form are processed by an application on the Cloudflare network and delivered by the e-mail service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as a processor. The data stays within the EU.
I process the data solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and/or my legitimate interest in replying to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. After that I delete it, unless another legal ground for retention arises.
Your messages arrive in my mailbox with an e-mail service provider acting as a processor. I do not share the data with other third parties and do not use it for marketing.
This site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising and hosts its fonts locally (they are not loaded from external servers). The contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track visitors across sites. For a basic overview of traffic, anonymous, cookieless analytics may be used that stores no identifiers and cannot identify individual visitors. For that reason no cookie consent is required.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. To exercise these rights, contact me at the e-mail above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
