I'm Michal Krejčí, a Solutions Architect. I've worked in enterprise IT since 2008 - the person companies called when critical infrastructure was on the line - design, migration, disaster recovery, talking to leadership. I've worked for major players in energy, manufacturing and food production - from a global manufacturer with 110,000+ employees to environments with thousands of users where an hour of downtime costs a fortune. Based in Brno, I now work with companies of any size across Czechia and the EU.

Today I offer that experience independently, but narrower - focused on cutting cloud costs and deploying enterprise AI safely. I built my own AI chatbot (RAG) on AWS myself, so I know how it works in practice, not just from a slide.
